We had a leaky hose pipe that was dumping water daily, they came out the following day bright and early to repair it, then over the following week water had leaked into my floor that the pipe was under. He came back to my house on a Saturday at 9:30 pm to come look at it immediately after I called, and came out the next day for free. I still offered to pay him and his partner for their time and effort, but he respectfully declined, but still went above and beyond to get us drying equipment. The pipe was likely just old and needed to be repaired anyway, but he still took partial responsibility. Great customer service and we would highly recommend this company. Less
